Hermetic Alchemy has always given rise to powerful imagery and it has very often been upon the back of this imagery that its precepts have survived across the ages. People are often very slow to take up new ideas that (1) may seem to require a great deal of work to master and (2) may seem foreign to their accustomed sense of equilibrium. Images are often the best way to deal with both of these issues at once since they serve to both clarify and ground ideas that may otherwise be too cumbersome to be accessible to any but the fewest of the few. Those who commit a great deal of time and energy to such ideas do not typically do so because they will only ever apply to a select handful of people but rather because they see something stirring there that will ultimately affect a great many people...perhaps even all people in the final analysis. While I have every intention of offering a much higher class of products as time progresses, initially I need be able to take advantage of the services available to those who may not already have a substantial fortune to invest in establishing a storefront. I did a fair amount of research before embarking on this course and consulted with as many professional artists as I knew. Of the Print-on-Demand outfits in operation at this time, Zazzle is the one that comes back time and time again as producing the highest quality prints at the best affordable prices. For this reason I have created an online gallery at Zazzle to display a range of products for purchase. This gallery is brand new and I have only just barely made a dent at filling up space there yet but I have been very pleased with the reception my work has thus far received and I am frankly thrilled to have some way to make many important images available to a wide range of people. Click on http://www.zazzle.com/m1thr0s* or choose from the following: :: Mugs :: :: T-Shirts :: :: Print Media :: This is all just a very modest beginning and there are literally thousands of other images yet to comp. Swag is highly collectable stuff and actually requires every bit as much work as any other art medium. It is also a lot of fun, so the Zazzle Gallery will almost certainly remain intact no matter what else I manage to move into. I hope to be able to offer a full range of precious metal talismans in the not-too-distant future and there is book publishing on the horizon as well as a number of other quality products not available through any conventional store outlets. Profits from these items very much help to support the difficult and ongoing work of the Abrahadabra Institute and also help to disseminate an important message through the images themselves, which very often speak much louder than words. m1thr0s |
